Psychiatrist Shen Mo takes on a mysterious patient, Lu Chen, whose eyes hold darkness that consumes humanity. As therapy progresses, Shen gets entangled in a serial murder case where each victim's pupils bear the same abyssal mark as Lu Chen's. When police name Lu as the prime suspect, Shen horrifyingly discovers the deadly shadows beginning to emerge in his own reflection.
