On a rainy night in 1998, migrant worker Zhou Qiang was babysitting his neighbor's 5-year-old Yaya. An accident while chasing a butterfly made him watch the child fall into the river. He tried his best to save her but was cut on the forehead by riverbed glass and passed out. When he woke up, he forgot everything—who he was, that Yaya wasn't his biological daughter, and even his wife Lin Xiaomei waiting at home. He took Yaya north, slept in underpasses, got beaten, and rose from a building materials worker to a billion-dollar group boss, always keeping Yaya's butterfly hairpin on his keychain. Until at a charity dinner, a woman in a dark green dress rushed over, pointing at the hairpin and crying: "I bought that for Yaya!"—this woman was his wife missing for 20 years! And the river accident wasn't an accident at all—it was a trap set by a competitor? As memories piece together, how will Zhou Qiang face Yaya's origin, his wife's resentment, and the guilt hidden for 20 years?
