Lin Chuan, a mundane office worker, harbors a secret crush on Su Wan, his icy workplace goddess. He accidentally discovers her trapped in an underground casino, desperate to win money to save her brother from a debt. When Su Wan scorns the small chips he offers, Lin Chuan suddenly pushes all his life savings in front of her—he has long found out the game is a scam, and this 'raise' is both to expose the trap and to bet his heart on her daring to trust him. Just as Su Wan blushes and lowers her head upon seeing the love note hidden under the chips, the scammer behind them is already clutching a knife and closing in. In this gamble, will they win true love, or lose everything?
