Chen Mo, a down-and-out fraudster, is forced to take on a 'last job'—swindling the inheritance of Su Xiao, a terminally ill girl, to pay off his gang debts. But when he infiltrates as a caregiver, he finds Su Xiao has long seen through his disguise and even hands him her 'inheritance'—a notebook filled with kind deeds from strangers. It turns out Su Xiao's 'inheritance' was never money; she wanted Chen Mo to realize that the 'sincerity' he'd been running from is the most precious thing in life. Just as Chen Mo wavers and decides to quit, the gang shows up, and Su Xiao's condition suddenly worsens... How will he grasp the last glimmer of light at the end of his deceitful path?
