Su Wan, an illustrator who was utterly heartbroken by her ex-boyfriend, moved to a new city and accidentally got close to her next-door neighbor Lu Zecheng, a top investment banker. She clenched her fists and made up her mind: Don't love you, and never touch love again. But Lu Zecheng's gentleness seeped into every corner of her life: staying up late with her to revise her manuscripts, fixing her leaking balcony, and even remembering her hatred of coriander. Su Wan's defenses completely collapsed. Just as she was about to open her heart, Lu Zecheng suddenly became cold and distant, and said to her with red eyes: Don't let me love you. Su Wan thought she was being teased, but she didn't know that Lu Zecheng was hiding an untold family genetic illness. The two uncovered the misunderstanding during their tug-of-war and finally dared to face the love hidden in their hearts.
