Lin Chuan, a poor valet driver working late to fund his mother's surgery, meets Su Wan—a drunk CEO who can barely stand. She grabs his collar and slurs, "Take me away, I'll pay anything." Lin tries to leave the next morning, but Su slams a million-yuan contract: "Be my fake boyfriend for 3 months to stop the arranged marriage—money now." For his mom, Lin plays the "CEO's boyfriend" and discovers Su's vulnerability: she takes stomach medicine secretly at work, cries with her grandma's old scarf on rainy nights, and quietly helps care for his mom. Su, in turn, is touched by Lin's sincerity—he blocks toasts for her at banquets, stands up to her brother when he yells, and buys her a cheap but heartfelt lipstick with saved money for her birthday. When the marriage candidate shows up with a diamond ring, Su hugs Lin tight: "I don't want a wealthy marriage—I want you, my poor valet." Turns out, the fake game that started with force has long become their truest love.
