Lin Yang, a penniless recent graduate, gets hit by a luxury car after a disastrous job interview. To his shock, the driver is Su Wan—a cold, imposing female CEO. Staring at Lin Yang, who’s battered but insists “I’m okay,” Su Wan’s heart skips a beat. She takes him home on the spot, claiming “I have to take responsibility for hitting you.” After moving in, Lin Yang discovers his “landlady” Su Wan has a secret: she’s a ruthless CEO in public, but in private, she cooks him warm porridge, blushes when tending his wounds, and even pulls out her household register to say “I want to marry you” when he tries to run away from his inferiority. Is this accidental meeting between a poor guy and his bossy CEO landlady a twist of fate, or a premeditated sweet trap?
