Lin Xiaoman, a poor guy hiding from online loan sharks, accidentally falls into an ancient painting in an antique shop and travels back to Bianjing in the Northern Song Dynasty. He picks up a wolf-hair brush engraved with "Painting Saint" and activates a system—even a few random strokes become priceless "masterpieces"! But just after earning money by painting a fragment of "Along the River During the Qingming Festival," he's framed by a profiteer for "forging ancient paintings" and summoned to the palace to paint the emperor's portrait.
