Lin Chuan, a burnt-out office worker, accidentally binds to an ancient kung fu repository during the reiki resurgence. Determined to lie flat and muddle through life, he’s shocked when his martial arts skills come to life as girls—'Nine Yang Divine Art' becomes a sweetie, 'Dugu Nine Swords' a cool royal sister, and 'Lingbo Weibu' a lively loli. These kung fu girls start a 24/7 involution to win the 'best trainer' title for him: forcing 5 AM sword practice, staying up to memorize formulas, and even fighting bosses for him. As Lin Chuan shifts from resisting to embracing his forced cheat mode, he realizes—maybe the ultimate reward for 'lying flat' is being 'involved' by kung fu girls into the world’s strongest?!
