Lin Jianguo, a poor worker in 1995, is hit by a car while saving his 10-year-old son Xiaochuan. When he wakes up, he’s shocked to find Xiaochuan has become a "reborn man from 2025"—carrying the regret of his father’s lifelong poverty, Xiaochuan vows to help Lin rise from rags to riches. Xiaochuan’s "future intel" is uncannily accurate: tomorrow’s lottery numbers, the upcoming reform of supply and marketing cooperatives… Guided by these, Lin starts with a street stall selling tapes, earning his first pot of gold, and even rekindles his romance with Su Xiaomei, his first love who left him for poverty. But just as Lin hits the peak of career and love, Xiaochuan’s "future memories" begin to fade—changing the past is eroding Xiaochuan’s existence, and he could disappear at any moment. Between his son’s life and hard-won happiness, what choice will Lin make?
