Down-and-out special-grade teacher Lin Shen is "exiled" to Yuying Middle School's worst class, "Dream Chaser Class," after offending a powerful figure. This class is a haven for "problem students": a rebellious e-sports fanatic, a literature-loving girl who refuses to do homework, a rich second-generation kid who's given up on life, and even a "dropout quota" hidden by school leaders. Everyone is waiting for him to fail, but Lin Shen plays by his own rules: he teaches the e-sports student "team strategy," helps the literature girl publish her essays, and takes the rich kid to the vegetable market to practice "cost accounting"... On the day the school board decides to disband Dream Chaser Class, these "underachievers" shatter everyone's prejudice with an average score that ranks first in the grade—turns out, the so-called "worst class" is just starlight that hasn't been seen yet.
