Lin Chuan, an ordinary food delivery guy, is suddenly tackled by a cute little girl named Xiaotang, who yells "Daddy!" and chirps, "You're a descendant of the Ancient Azure Dragon—you need to awaken your dragon power to protect the world!" His once aimless life is instantly thrown into chaos—he has to juggle Xiaotang's "Dragon Dad Assessments" (like turning into a giant dragon to pick her up from school) while fighting a dark organization that wants to steal his dragon power. When an evil spirit flips tables in a hot pot restaurant, and when dragon scales emerge from his body as Xiaotang is kidnapped, Lin Chuan finally realizes: it's not him who picked up a cute kid—it's the kid who "picked up" a dragon dad waiting to awaken!
