But as more “right choices” are made, the world starts to collapse: his girlfriend becomes a stranger, his friend turns against him, and even his own existence fades. It turns out the watch’s “fixes” steal “rightness” from parallel worlds, and every change devours his world a little. In the end, he must choose: hold onto the fake “perfection” or return to the real, regretful self?
