When Chen Mo, a down-and-out office worker, hits rock bottom—fired, dumped, and his father critically ill—he finds his late mother’s old lighter. He uses it to win his girlfriend back, save his father, and rise in his career, only to realize every "reignition" fades his mother’s traces. When he finally gathers enough matches to "fix all regrets," his girlfriend holds up his mother’s knitted scarf and cries: "Mom didn’t leave the lighter to let you restart the past—she wanted you to reignite the courage to face the present together."
