In the deadly infinite instances of the Rule-Survival genre, two terrifying dungeons—Midnight Hospital and Red Paper Town—unfold one after another. A group of women labeled as "villainesses", each with dark secrets, are forced into dangerous traps. Under the hypocritical facade of hospital doctors hides a secret human life trade, and the blood sacrifice ritual in Red Paper Town ties to their past mysteries. No longer wary pawns, they set aside grudges, use unique skills to defy absurd rules, and transform from prey to hunters, staging a comeback in desperate situations. Full of high-energy reversals, it subverts your stereotypical impression of Rule-Survival stories.
