Office worker Lin Xiaoman stayed up late to watch her crush Lu Zhao's final performance of "The Curtain Call," only to be hit by a stage light and trapped in the "Theater Counterattack System"—if she can’t help Lu Zhao reverse the play’s cancellation, she’ll be stuck in an endless "curtain call" loop. She transforms from an invisible audience member to a dramatic assistant, helping rewrite the terrible script and secure quirky investments, while exposing Lu Zhao’s "cold heartthrob" facade: the top actor eats braised food backstage, throws scripts when stuck on lines, and leaves her hot milk when she stays up late. When the play sells out, on the day the loop ends, she realizes—this "curtain call" is just the start of their story.
