Ten years ago, mountain hunter A Lin formed a bond with twin sisters A Tang and A Li, but A Tang suddenly disappeared on a rainy night. A Lin was driven out by villagers for "failing to save her". Ten years later, A Li returns to the mountain village with her sister's old handkerchief, reuniting with the down-and-out A Lin who still guards the twin-flower tree. Together, they search for the truth and find out that A Tang left voluntarily to protect A Lin from bandits—and the twin-flower tree holds the sisters' promise: "We’ll see all the mountain springs together."
