Ten-year-old Zhu, the "little fairy doctor" of Green Bamboo Valley, heals villagers with ancestral "Rejuvenation Needles". One day, she finds a severely injured man at the cliff bottom—wearing future sportswear with a bamboo arrow in his chest. Zhu uses her last three needles to save him, but his first words are: "I'm your dad!" He even knows the secret only her mom knew: "Zhu hides a bamboo lamp under her pillow." It turns out he's a 21st-century doctor who time-traveled here—he fell off the cliff trying to save Zhu's mom years ago. Now he's back to help her retrieve the stolen 《Rejuvenation Needle Manual》 from bandits and build the world's top medical hall with modern medicine. When bandits seek revenge, he uses first aid to save a hunter and draws lost acupuncture techniques, boosting Zhu's skills. The truth? He's the reincarnation of Zhu's dad, here to fill her fatherly love void, help her become the "Needle God," and get revenge!
