On a rainstorm night during graduation, Su Wanqing saw Lin Shen sheltering from the rain with a strange girl at a convenience store, mistaking him for cheating. When she cried and broke up, the proposal ring Lin Shen had saved from three months of part-time work fell from his pocket and was washed into the sewer. Three years later, Su Wanqing's advertising project is collapsing after a client's sudden withdrawal—only to find her new client is Lin Shen, now CEO of an investment firm. He hands her a 'summer regret list': revisit their unfinished graduation trip, plant sunflowers on the balcony together, and find the lost ring. 'Do these, and I'll fund your project,' Lin Shen says coldly, but his eyes hold lingering tenderness. What Su Wanqing doesn't know is that Lin Shen spent three years unraveling the misunderstanding—the girl was his distant cousin—and searched countless rainy nights for the ring, just to ask: 'Can we bring back our midsummer sun?'
