Lin Xiaoman, a cultural relic restorer, has a "strange ability"—she can access the memory fragments of an old object's owner through restoration. One day, she receives an old pocket watch engraved with "Time's Witness" from a dying man, who claims it holds the truth about his son's "accidental death" a decade ago. As Lin reassembles the watch's gears, she sees the son being pushed off a high-rise by a富商's hitman—and that富商 is the son-in-law of the former police chief who ruled the case an "accident"! As clues surface, the富商 sends people to destroy evidence and even threatens Lin's father (a former investigating officer) to stay quiet. Trapped between fading memory fragments and the pursuit of power, Lin must make "Time's Witness" tell the truth before the pocket watch is completely destroyed...
