A frustrated modern-day talent agent, Lin Chen, accidentally activates a dusty 1993 vintage AI superstar incubation system while repairing old equipment, which unexpectedly binds to data of Su Wan, a talented female artist with the same name. Lin Chen finds that Su Wan in the system will die in a car crash during the 1993 Spring Festival Gala rehearsal, so he decides to use AI predictive features to rewrite her tragic fate.
