Yin Sisi, a struggling livehouse owner, rummages through her grandmother’s old record player to save her business, only to accidentally connect to a 1998 radio broadcast by singer He Kunda—who’s searching for his missing first love. Collaborating across time, Yin uses He’s old songs to draw customers, while He helps her repair the incomplete sheet music from the record player. But as the truth unfolds, Yin is shocked: He’s first love is her own grandmother, and her “disappearance” back then was a lie to protect He from a record company’s persecution. Worse, the song they co-created can open a time rift. When Yin finally hears He say “I think I’m in love with you” through the void, she faces the most painful choice: save her livehouse, or travel back to rewrite his regrets.
