Lin Xiaoman, an invisible assistant for a group live stream team, accidentally binds to the "Energy Power Bank" system—if she fails to replenish the live stream energy for three teammates through physical contact within 7 days, she will disappear completely. Her teammates all wear masks: the cold singer Zhan Yitong is actually so socially anxious that her hands shake before going on stage, the funny guy Chen Doudou hides his off-camera inferiority behind jokes, and the top rapper Tang Zhen relies on melatonin to sleep every night. From being afraid to approach to taking the initiative, Lin Xiaoman helps them tear off their masks. Meanwhile, she uncovers the system's secret: her "charging" is not just replenishing energy, but also helping her teammates regain their love for live streaming... And she herself transforms from an "invisible person" to the most indispensable "light" in the group live stream.
