Yong, a young and ordinary fisherman in a fleet, was kicked out by the captain on the charge of colluding with outsiders to steal fish after he secretly helped a mysterious old man in a stormy night. After wandering to a strange bay, with the mysterious fishing net left by the old man and his ancestral skill of recognizing tides, he caught huge fish one after another and soon became the respected king of fishermen in the area. When his old fleet encountered a crisis of fish stock disappearing, Yong accidentally found the truth of his being wronged. He returned with the strength of the king of fishermen, not only to get justice from the captain, but also to save his old colleagues in trouble, starting his counterattack life.
