Journalist Su Wan travels alone to the Yunnan border in search of her missing archaeologist father, accidentally entangling with border police Lin Shen—the “key person” who “stopped” her father from entering the old village years ago. From mutual hostility to forced cooperation, they follow her father’s old notebook to uncover the inheritance secret of the old village’s “Dragon-patterned Jade Bi” and expose a cultural relic theft conspiracy. Lin Shen’s eight-year secret—taking a fatal knife for Su’s father but hiding it out of guilt—gradually emerges. In the borderland wind, both the truth and unspoken affection are slowly revealing themselves.
