Shen Yi (Zhang Tingrui), a returnee new media designer, accidentally steps in, aiming to revitalize the old troupe with trendy short videos, but clashes sharply with Su Wan who sticks to traditional opera rules. From confronting each other to healing each other, they overcome industry suppression, bring classic plays back to young audiences, save the troupe and build a two-way love both on and off the stage.
