Su Wan was the "disaster star" the wealthy Su family wanted to get rid of—she was accused of killing her mother at birth and thrown into the mountains to die. At the edge of death, she was saved by Gu Ye, a "wild man" who lived in seclusion and knew nothing of the world. Gu Ye made her a necklace of wild berries, sewed a soft pillow from animal skin, and even built a "princess room" in a tree covered with wildflowers, turning the destitute Su Wan into a little princess of the mountains. But when the Su family, needing a "pawn" for a business marriage, suddenly came to "claim" Su Wan, Gu Ye stood in front of the Su family's villa holding a stone axe, his eyes red: "My little princess—no one dares to touch her!" A battle between the wild man and the wealthy family to protect his "princess" has just begun!
