Little koi fairy Luo Xiaotang is banished to the mortal world for altering a human's fate, forced to stay married to CEO Song Jingchuan for a century to return to heaven. But she's always up to something—hiding the peach charm (her fairy power) to sneak out and watch mortal fireworks, rummaging through his suits for "escape money," even slipping lucky candies into his coffee to make him forget her. However, Song Jingchuan, who seems cold, is secretly covering for her: he buys out the entire milk tea shop when her touch makes drinks glow with lucky stars; he lays a red carpet in advance when she's afraid of stepping in the rain. Luo Xiaotang thinks she's plotting to run away, but she doesn't know he's hiding her past-life scale and a notebook full of her preferences in his drawer—he's waited 300 years just to turn this "punishment" into an excuse to "spend a lifetime with her."
