Su Xiaowan, a cultural relic restorer, couldn’t shake off the memory of a man in a dark green shirt she met by chance at a museum three years ago—that fleeting glance haunted her. Until she restored the Song Dynasty painting *The Frontier General* and was stunned to find the general’s face identical to Gu Jingshen, a top actor. Even stranger, Gu showed up at her door, saying he kept dreaming of a “Xiaowan” in Song Dynasty attire: in a past life, he was General Xie Zhao, who died in battle, and she was A Wan, the painter who drew his posthumous portrait—their unspoken love became a thousand-year regret. But in this life, Gu’s manager repeatedly obstructs them and even presents “evidence” that “you betrayed him in a past life.” Will this cross-time fate be a second chance or a repeat of tragedy?
