Zhang Zeyuan, the "Redeemer" of the investment banking world famous for reviving bankrupt businesses, meets his match in Wang Ziyi—a wealthy young woman who turned cold and closed off after her father committed suicide over debt. He originally wanted to pull her out of the abyss, but her unextinguished stubbornness hits his 20-year-old childhood wound (his father also abandoned him due to bankruptcy). When Wang Ziyi finally opens up, Zhang Zeyuan realizes he’s the one falling deeper: he stays up late to find evidence of her father’s innocence, even turns down a top consortium’s offer. But when the truth comes out (her father’s death was framed), their redemption dynamic reverses—did he save her, or did she heal the "hollow" him all along?
