Cui Shiyi's "Evening Breeze Flower Shop" is facing demolition due to old town renovation, but she insists on waiting for the "mysterious customer" who left a dried rose here ten years ago. Until Wang Mingyang, the project leader, comes to urge demolition—this cold man immediately recognizes the rose: it's the one he prepared for his late mother, and Cui Shiyi is the little girl who helped him pick up roses as a child. From confrontation to working together to trace the past, they find Wang Mingyang missed picking up the flower due to an accident, while Cui Shiyi recognized him from the pendant on the rose and waited silently for ten years. The rose in the evening breeze hides a mutual waiting spanning a decade. Can this belated encounter resolve the regret of the past?
