Su Li is the "Pear Blossom Dan" of a pear garden opera troupe. Every late spring when pear blossoms fall, she repeatedly dreams of a qin player in cyan robes named He Zhao—who always says "It's time to wake up" under the pear tree. Until a new qin player named He Zhao joins the troupe. His eyes are cold, claiming to "settle a debt from a hundred years ago." Su Li gradually remembers: a hundred years ago, she was the daughter of a prime minister whose family was exterminated, and He Zhao was her bodyguard. They fell in love under the pear tree but were separated by pursuit—He Zhao took a fatal sword for her, his blood staining the pear blossoms red; while she was cursed to forget him every time pear blossoms fall in each lifetime. Now reunited in reincarnation, will they break the century-old curse or continue their unfinished love from the past?
