In high school, Xia Huanting and Wen Yu bonded over a fireworks show—he saved up to buy fireworks for a confession, but she had to transfer suddenly due to family issues, leaving no goodbye. Ten years later, Xia returns as an intangible cultural heritage fireworks designer determined to save the old fireworks workshop full of memories; Wen is the architect in charge of renovating the old alley—she fights to preserve the past, he pushes for progress. They meet again as opponents, only to find the unsent fireworks box hidden in the alley’s wall hole during an argument. Those unspoken words have been burning in the fireworks for a decade. When the demolition order for the old alley comes and the dusty fireworks are lit, can they turn the “I liked you” from back then into “I still like you” under the fireworks?
