Lin Shen (Ma Zichao), an anti-smuggling cop, goes undercover as a caravan bodyguard on a thousand-mile cargo run to crack a transnational smuggling case. Su Wan (Luo Xueqiong), an adopted daughter of a smuggling syndicate, sneaks into the caravan to find her missing brother. Halfway through, they’re ambushed and forced to flee together—only to discover their opposing identities: the “cargo” Lin Shen aims to take down is the syndicate that raised Su Wan, and Su Wan’s brother’s disappearance is linked to Lin Shen’s missing informant. When duty clashes with obsession and lies unravel true feelings, can they break free from fate in this halfway peril?
