Lin Wangui, a willow-weaving inheritor from Qingliu Village, gave up her urban design career to save her grandmother’s old willow workshop. However, she immediately clashes with Lu Jingshen, a haughty investor sent to evaluate the “inefficient industry”—the suit-clad “elite” wants to demolish the workshop to build a resort. Lin fights him with her grandma’s old willow basket, but Lu accidentally discovers her new willow designs have the potential to win international craft awards. They go from bitter enemies to partners, searching for old craft manuals and helping villagers sell products via live streams. Just as the workshop is about to go viral, Lu’s company issues a final order: shut it down immediately… Will he choose his career promotion, or protect her willow-weaving dream?
