Unemployed Su Qingxia takes over the dying milk tea shop "Qingxia Weiyang" to fulfill her late best friend Xiaotang's wish. Every evening, a man in a white shirt—Lu Shiyan—comes to buy a cup of "Unfinished Summer" and sits silently until closing. On a stormy night, when Lu helps fix the roof, Su finds Xiaotang's photo on his phone lock screen—it turns out he's the one Xiaotang had a crush on for three years but never confessed to. And in Xiaotang's recipe, there's a half-written line: "I want to drink 'Qingxia Weiyang' with you." Together, the two regretful people decide to save the shop—and let the unspoken summer start again.
