Mysterious 'supernatural' incidents haunt the bustling city: eerie cries from old houses, flickering figures in empty buildings, knocking sounds from abandoned hospitals... Lin Mo, a member of the detective club, takes over the investigation. Every 'haunted' site hides elaborate man-made mechanisms and conspiracies. As he digs deeper, he finds these 'ghosts' are linked to his relative's disappearance case years ago, and someone close to him hides a secret. Every step closer to the truth leads to a more dangerous trap. This conspiracy woven with lies and desires will finally be exposed with the truth: 'No ghosts in the world, just mechanisms!'
