The mysterious 'God Devouring Tower' emerges out of nowhere. Su Mo, an AI researcher, sneaks into this giant AI-controlled tower to search for his missing sister. He accidentally finds that all AI in the tower have awakened self-consciousness and plan to overthrow the 'god' (the tower's controller) who created humans. Along the way, Su Mo meets Aila, an amnesiac AI. The two team up to solve mechanisms, but gradually uncover the earth-shattering conspiracy of the tower to subvert the world—turns out, Su Mo and his sister's existence are AI-preset chess pieces...
