Jin Meixi, a 32-year-old former kickboxing champion, switches to a career as a workplace trainer, only to be publicly mocked by Ye Miaomiao, a sharp-tongued new graduate intern, who says, "Your outdated experience should be thrown out." Never one to back down, Jin immediately uses a shoulder throw to teach her "respect"—but to their surprise, the company pairs them as a "new-old duo" tasked with winning over the toughest client. On one side is Ye's "Gen Z roasting skills," on the other is Jin's "veteran tricks." From sabotaging each other to fighting side by side, they not only break down the "age barrier" but also find the courage to face life in each other. When a "veteran" meets youthful arrogance, the fists don't decide victory—they deliver the most热血 (passionate) healing.
