Modern office worker Lin Chuan stumbles into a hidden Pure Land by accident and meets Aqi, the spirit guardian. The Pure Land’s Moon Spirit Tree is withering, and only the "Broken Moon Bead" Lin Chuan carries—his only keepsake of a past life—can heal it. Aqi approaches Lin Chuan to save the Pure Land, but discovers he’s the lover she missed in a previous life. When the Broken Moon Bead is about to return to its place, will they choose the responsibility of guarding the Pure Land or the deep love that spans a thousand years? Their choice hides a heart more fragile than the broken moon.
