Xu Liang, the reserved owner of the Evening Breeze Convenience Store, spends every day watching the wind sweep through the old alley from behind his glass door—until Zhang Dabao, a bubbly grilled sausage vendor from the night market, bursts into his life. Her stall is torn down for renovation, so she insists on staying in his attic. From bickering over "you’re stealing my customers" to sharing a bowl of plain noodles late at night, they reveal their secrets: Xu Liang has been waiting for a lost love who vanished with the evening wind a decade ago, while Zhang Dabao’s sausage sauce holds her mother’s final recipe. When the past suddenly reappears at his doorstep, will Xu Liang choose his long-held obsession or the warmth right in front of him? And can the evening breeze carry the scent of Zhang Dabao’s hidden crush into his heart?
