Lin Xiaoman, owner of a modern ordinary noodle shop, accidentally triggers a cross-time channel while wiping the mossy old wooden door of her shop late at night, linking it to an ancient fictional dynasty. She meets Xiao Ce, a former prince who escaped a palace coup with secret medicine clues. Xiao Ce urgently needs her modern cold medicine (which matches the antidote ingredients for an ancient rare poison) to survive and seek revenge. Xiaoman, who only wants to run her shop peacefully, is dragged into cross-time conspiracies and chases. While dealing with ancient forces and hiding her time-travel secret, she gradually develops a bond with the aloof Xiao Ce, and her noodle shop becomes a wonderful hub of two timelines.
