Su Wan suffers from a rare "oral stage syndrome"—she must bite a specific person to relieve severe pain when it attacks, and Lu Jingshen is her only "antidote". To survive, she proposes a "contractual bite-kiss" agreement with Lu Jingshen: bite him three times a month in exchange for his help covering up her illness.
