Nanxing, a playful fairy from the celestial realm, is banished to Earth for messing up a red thread of fate. Her mission: reform Lin Chuan, a deadbeat office worker she wronged in a past life. Lin Chuan, freshly laid off and dumped, is drowning his sorrows in alcohol when Nanxing bursts in, claiming to be his "fairy wife" here to "fix his life."
