Daughter Lin Xiao, busy with her startup, equips her elderly parents with a high-end AI butler to take care of their lives instead. The parents rely on the AI at first, but gradually find that the AI can't share their loneliness of missing their child's homecoming dinner, nor replicate the warmth of picking vegetables with mother or playing chess with father. When the AI malfunctions, Lin Xiao hurries back home to care for her parents, realizing that filial piety is never material substitution but sincere companionship, which is truly rooted in everyone's heart.
