Lin Chuan, an ordinary office worker, was feeding his neighbor’s dog late at night when he ran into Su Wanwan, a top female celebrity fleeing from stalkers. In panic, Su grabbed the leash from his hand as a “hostage rope”—and the surveillance camera caught it all. The hashtag #ManKidnapsFemaleStar# went viral instantly! Lin couldn’t prove his innocence, and Su dared not clarify for fear of exposing herself to stalkers. To clear his name, Lin was forced to be Su’s “temporary assistant”—helping her deal with crazy stalkers while repeating “I really didn’t kidnap you!” But Su soon found out this “kidnapper” was the boy she saved from school bullying three years ago… In their misunderstanding-filled cohabitation, can they uncover the stalker’s plot—and the feelings they’ve hidden for long?
