The whole family gathers to eavesdrop, switching from "listening for fun" to "panicking": Mom uses her vegetable market bargaining fierceness to get key info from Mr. Qin's assistant; Dad pretends to play golf but sets a counterplan with old connections; Xiaoman mocks Mr. Qin for "wearing his plot on his face" while sneaking evidence into his briefcase. When Mr. Qin, in his custom suit, walks into the "acquisition meeting" triumphantly, he finds—not the "doomed Lao Lin" in the conference room, but the whole family with evidence, plus his own "inner voice recording"!
