Fisherwoman A Lian and her fellow fishermen have long been exploited by the owner of Black Scale Wharf, who secretly modifies weighing scales to cheat them out of their hard-earned money for fresh aquatic products. Learning regulatory authorities will inspect the wharf, A Lian volunteers to transport live cargo for the inspection, sneaks into the trading scene and installs a miniature camera in the hold. She captures the owner’s fraudulent acts on spot, then joins victimized fishermen to expose the scandal, take down the illegal wharf and win justice for all.
