Yiling, a common girl who collects seafood on tidal flats, accidentally touches a mysterious relic and binds the soul of the legendary 'Earth's Sea King' who rules the ocean. Her daily life turns upside down: beachcombing becomes an interactive show with the Sea King, she attracts ocean elves admiring the Sea King by mistake, and gets involved in the struggle of island forces due to the bond.
