Fresh graduate planner Fu Xiaoyue disguises herself as the owner of "Fish Pit" Homestay to win a project that saves the fishing village, only to run into Han Shiyi—the cold senior who rejected her years ago and the real owner. They clash fiercely over the homestay's management: Xiaoyue wants commercial renovation to attract tourists, while Han insists on preserving his grandma's traditional homestay. But as they fight, they discover their "goals" are actually aligned—Xiaoyue's project is to save the village's old fishery, and Han returned to fulfill his grandma's wish of "reviving Fish Pit". When the disguise is exposed, is this "Fish Pit battle" a career game or a gentle trap of love?
